Ready-to-Move (RTM)

A completed unit available for immediate possession.

A Ready-to-Move unit is one where construction is complete and possession can be taken without waiting for further building. For RTM units the Occupancy Certificate should already be in place, which a buyer can verify. RTM removes construction-timeline risk that under-construction units carry.
