Propvidhi's commitment to RERA Karnataka transparency and the builder-scoring policy.
Every project surfaced on Propvidhi carries its RERA registration number and current status, sourced from the public RERA Karnataka portal. Where a project is not found on the portal, we say so plainly.
On-platform, consenting builders
Builders who join the platform and consent to be scored receive a published Trust Score™, framed as Propvidhi's assessment based on the disclosed data. RERA compliance history is one weighted factor in that assessment. Consenting builders hold a right of reply, and their response is shown alongside the score.
Off-platform, non-consenting builders
For builders who have not consented, we publish no numeric score. We display only the public RERA status and registration number, with a note that the builder has been invited to respond. This protects against unverified public scoring while keeping public-record information transparent.
