These terms govern your access to and use of Propvidhi's websites, apps, and services, operated by Propvidhi Technologies Private Limited. By using the platform you agree to them.
Computed estimates, not guarantees
The Propvidhi Index™, Fair Value verdicts, and any price or yield figures are computed estimates derived from a closed-transaction methodology and public data. They are indicative, are not asking prices, and are not investment, legal, or financial advice. Confirm current rules, rates, and guidance values with the relevant authority before acting.
Builder Trust Score™ and consent
A numeric Trust Score is published only for builders who have consented to be scored on the platform and who hold a right of reply before publication. For builders who have not consented, we display only their public RERA status and registration number, with a note that they have been invited to respond — no numeric score is shown.
Every Trust Score is framed as Propvidhi's assessment based on the disclosed data, not as a statement of fact about the builder. The scoring methodology, including its factors and weights, is published publicly. Builders may exercise their right of reply at any time.
Intellectual property
All content, including the Propvidhi Index™ and Trust Score™, is the intellectual property of Propvidhi Technologies Private Limited.
