How the Index is computed
Every month, the Propvidhi Index ingests verified transaction records, normalises them per configuration and floor, and publishes a median price-per-sqft for each micro-market. No builder pays to rank. No asking prices inflate the number.
That is the moat: a price index no portal can replicate, because no portal has the transaction data — and none would publish a number that contradicts their advertisers.
